Fares that make sense
Your fare is a base charge plus distance, with a small add-on only for heavier or bigger parcels — all shown before you pay.
Base fare
Covers pickup and the first stretch of the trip. Applied to every booking.
Distance, weight & size
Calculated by road distance from pickup to drop. Parcels over 5 kg or larger than a bag add a small, fixed extra.

What is FORUVR?
FORUVR is a parcel pickup and delivery service. You book online, a rider collects it, and you follow it live until it's handed over.
Where does FORUVR deliver?
FORUVR is live in Hyderabad right now — both pickup and drop need to be within the city. More cities are coming soon.
How do I track my parcel?
Enter the receiver's phone number in the Track Parcel section above, or sign in to see full live map tracking on your account.
How do I become a delivery partner?
Tap "Become a driver," fill in your details, and our team will reach out with the next steps for onboarding and KYC.
How do the OTPs work?
You get a pickup OTP when you book, and the rider collects the parcel only after you share it. The receiver gets a separate delivery OTP, and the parcel is handed over only when they share it with the rider.
Is my parcel insured?
Parcel insurance is on our roadmap. Until it launches, please avoid sending fragile or high-value items without checking with support first.
What payment methods are supported?
Pay online when you book (UPI, cards or netbanking), or choose pay at delivery and the receiver pays the rider by UPI QR or cash.
